About Me
My name is Jailyn Mason and I am a junior at the University of Arkansas. I am a full-time student-athlete playing on the women's basketball team, and studying photojournalism.
I decided to start this blog to document the things that a student-athlete goes through on a weekly basis. I won't just focus on the trips that we take or the gear that we get. Instead, I want to give you an in-depth look at what it means to be a college student-athlete.

You will read about the success and struggles that I have on and off the court, the places that I get to see due to basketball, and the lessons that I have learned since the time I was recruited.

I hope that through my writing I might change the stereotypes about being a student-athlete, but also show the amazing things that come with it.
